2x (1 lb) Packs of Short Ribs

2x (2 lb) Roast of your choosing (Chuck/Rump/Shoulder)

1x (2 lb) Sirloin or Chuck Steak

1" Steaks of your choosing Ribeye, T-Bone, (NY-Strip/Fillet) (Roughly 3 lb's)

If thinner cut Steaks are desired please specify in order. Standard cut will be 1" on all steaks.
